the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the complimentary shuttles to the beach and other locations to be a great convenience. the hotel being a short walk from the shopping center was also a definite plus. it made getting around very easy.
ordering a taxi from the hotel could sometimes take some time, a minor inconvenience.

i found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was a great experience, offering variety of options. the hotel had a modern design. the location was convenient for accessing key areas.
the gym did lack a few pieces of equipment i expected. it has only one treadmill and a limited selection of free weights. it could use some upgrades.
