the room design was very modern.. the hallway lighting added a nice touch. i also appreciated the easy access to transportation from the location, unlike many other hotels. the lebanese concierge was particularly helpful.
getting a taxi from the hotel sometimes takes a while and feels a little complicated.

the staff was kind and DOING their jobs VERY well, the atmosphere is cozy and cute.
The hotel had many workers who were misbehaving with everyone. they were aggressively pushing people away AND telling us that there was no interview. a lady WITH short hair accused ME of smelling like alcohol. her behavior WAS unprofessional AND humiliating.

the valet parking, with abdul, helped a lot making sure i had a taxi quickly. the rooms were very clean, the bedding felt great. i also tried the spa services and it was worth it.
getting a taxi from here can take a bit, it felt complicated to order one.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the complimentary shuttles to the beach and other locations to be a great convenience. the hotel being a short walk from the shopping center was also a definite plus. it made getting around very easy.
ordering a taxi from the hotel could sometimes take some time, a minor inconvenience.

the gym did lack a few pieces of equipment i expected. it has only one treadmill and a limited selection of free weights. it could use some upgrades.
